21 days of professional fitness and nutrition advice from a certified professional. This challenge will include an overview of nutrients needed for your optimal health and wellness as well as a full body workout plan that you can do at home with little to no equipment!

21 Days of Nutrition

In this portion of the program you will learn the basics of nutrition to fuel your body as well as how to determine the optimal caloric intake. As a bonus I will include a guide to building your own 4 week meal prep plan!

In the fitness portion of this challenge, you will recieve a fitness plan that you will be able to do anywhere with little to no equipment. Along with this you will have access to a personal trainer for advice daily!
